Refund (Counselling & Tuition fee)

 

Refund counselling/tuition fee


 (Academic Sessions 2022-23, 2024, and 2025)
 

Students who have paid the counselling fee/tuition fee, but for some reason if they decide not to take admission, the counselling fee/tuition fee will be refunded.

Refund schedule:
•    Students who paid counselling/tuition fees in the first round of counselling will receive their refund in Slot 1 (December 15th to 30th 2024).
•    Students who paid counselling/tuition fees in the second round of counselling will receive their refund in Slot 2 (January 15th to 30th 2025).
•    Students who paid counselling/tuition fees in the second round of counselling will receive their refund in Slot 3 (February 15th to 30th 2025).

A. Candidate's details:
•    Candidate's name
•    Father's Name
•    Application number
•    Registered Email ID
•    Registered Mobile Number
 
B. Bank details:
•    Bank Name
•    Account Holder Name
•    Account Number
•    IFSC Code

Note:
•    Please provide the same bank details used for the initial payment for the counselling fee/tuition fee.
•    We will send a confirmation email upon receiving your details.
